Cordyceps Militaris Mushroom contains many amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids, which are found in much higher amounts in the fruiting body rather than the entirety of the mycelia body. Cordyceps Sinensis and Cordyceps Militaris both contain Cordyceps polysaccharides, and two bioactive constituents: cordycepin and cordycepic acid (4).
