Quick-Drying and Wonderful for 3D Modelling
ArtRoc (Modroc) is a plaster-impregnated cloth, perfect for sculpture, model-making, and construction projects. This easy-to-use, quick-drying material can be used on its own or combined with armature wire, box construction, moulds, chicken wire, or rolled-up newspaper, making it ideal for building strong, lightweight structures. Once activated with a small amount of water, it becomes malleable and easy to shape, drying to a hard, durable surface. The finished dry construction can be painted, drawn on, glossed, or embellished, making it a versatile choice for creative classrooms and studios.
Care instructions: DO NOT throw the ArtRoc water down domestic sinks as the plaster residue will block drains; throw the water outside into a garden. Be careful to have a well-ventilated area. Encourage the children not to shake the ArtRoc, as excessive plaster powder will be released into the air. This is not good for breathing or for cleaning.
